Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures and displays; protect and secure assets and cash.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll records, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Train and develop Store Associates; ensure a safe, respectful environment.
