Qualifications

• Ability to organize merchandise and maintain planograms.
• Experience handling cash, deposits and refunds with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, and safety meetings.
• Follow processes to receive, stock, display, and rotate merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through control of damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
