Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Open availability.
• Intermediate knowledge of Eagle Browser.
• Experience working in different departments.
• Experience operating a POS system.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; help locate products.
• Oversee daily store operations incl. merchandising and signage.
• Train new associates on systems and product knowledge.
• Create and implement daily worklists and goals.
• Assume duties of Store Manager when scheduled.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Lead store meetings and track goals.
• Answer incoming phone calls and relay messages.
• Maintain constant radio communication with associates.
• Maintain product knowledge and promotions awareness.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Help in departments when needed.
