Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments with an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly approach.
• Train and develop hourly team members to uphold Target standards.
• Lead daily/weekly workload planning to align with store priorities.
• Oversee stocking, merchandising, signing, and price changes for GM areas.
• Coach team members, interview and retain talent, and manage shift coverage.
• Support back-up cashier duties and digital fulfillment processes.
