You will assist with day-to-day functions, help customers, manage merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor, and participate in opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Open and close procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merch, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling/cash handling
• Maintain clean, stocked store and secure assets
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines
• Train and develop Store Associates
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment
• Keep store clean including bathrooms, floors, and trash
• Other duties as assigned*
