Job summary

CVS Health in The Villages, FL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and drive performance while strengthening customer loyalty through exceptional service. When no manager is onsite, you will supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and coordinate daily operations.

You will also guide merchandising, price items, stock shelves, and support weekly promotional displays, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a high-quality shopping experience for CVS

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when no manager is onsite and supervise staff.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Work effectively with store management and crews to drive execution.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and support displays and inventory for weekly promotions.
