CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Charleston, SC to lead store execution and performance in the absence of a manager. You will drive customer service excellence, supervise staff, and ensure smooth daily operations including opening/closing routines.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a focus on presenting CVS customer service culture and maintaining stock, displays and pricing across the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff when manager is offsite.

• Coordinate merchandising, stocking, pricing and weekly promotional displays.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
