Under Store Manager supervision, you will supervise staff, develop scheduling, and implement policies. The role requires full-time availability, flexibility for early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing ability.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store staff.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
