Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager in Everett, MA to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales results. You will coach teams on customer experience, oversee front-end and service operations, and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS operations, loyalty drive, and omni-channel fulfillment, with opportunities to support various departments and programs. Night/weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading store teams and driving KPI results.
• Experience with SOPs, policies, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee loyalty programs and protection plan adoption.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support framing, Knit & Sew, and other departments as needed.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
• Maintain asset protection and reduce shrink.
