Job summary

You will engage customers with a friendly, helpful attitude, handle returns and refunds at the registers, maintain accurate inventory, and support displays, pricing, and basic store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered in hiring decisions.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts across departments and stockroom.
