Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Keyholder to help lead daily store operations in Boca Raton. You will open and close the store, supervise team members, and ensure a positive experience for customers, donors, and staff in alignment with Goodwill’s mission.

You will oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards while maintaining safety and loss prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment.
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports.
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
