Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, and merchandising/stocking duties.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in the absence of a manager and supervise the store crew.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to drive execution.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
