Job summary

When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, manage merchandising, stock shelves, and maintain confidentiality. The role offers a full-time schedule with benefits and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive store execution and performance to build customer loyalty.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when there is no manager onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Promote a CVS customer service culture and assist customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays.
