Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer, scanner, printer, and telecommunication devices.
• Ability to comprehend safety procedures.
• Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and passing MVR background check required for delivery locations only.
• Must pass level 1 and level 2 background checks.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to function independently and work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
• Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude.
• Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps and work at floor level.
• Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Perform key-holding supervisor opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate, and enforce company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards, accountability, and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
