Job summary

Target in Phoenix is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to oversee daily store operations and lead a team of hourly colleagues. You will drive guest experience, ensure stock accuracy, pricing, and signing, and collaborate across departments to achieve sales goals.

You will coach, train, and develop team members, manage workloads, and uphold safety and company policies while delivering a consistent, friendly guest journey in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience helpful but not required.
