• Experience managing 40+ employees.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to train and evaluate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Conversational English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store personnel
• Track and manage inventory
• Achieve key performance metrics
• Ensure efficient daily store operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer experience
• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs
• Communicate SOP changes to employees
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Coach, train, and develop the team around service standards and accountability
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Schedule effectively within the labor budget
