Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development in Lima, Ohio. This part-time role focuses on leading daily activities, keeping the store well stocked, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will assist with merchandising, staff supervision, and adherence to policies while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team oriented, energetic and detail focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Develop Store Associates and supervise staff as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized stockroom.
• Process payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts.
• Support loss prevention and safety procedures.
