Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Maintains store keys, inventory, pricing, and signage; assists with vendor deliveries.
