Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Handle store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support recruitment, training and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Ensure inventory, sales, and expenses support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain customer service excellence per company manuals.
