Qualifications

• Experience in a retail setting, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-starter with initiative and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Manage store operations in Store Manager’s absence and ensure policy adherence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Lead and direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and merchandise promotion per policies.
