Qualifications

• Experience in retail footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and day-to-day store operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Take on store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department goals and standards.
• Maintain communication with the Store Manager about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote merchandise and services.
