Job summary

Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail management experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates; train team members.
