Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior store management experience in retail, grocery, or pharmacy environments. Lifting up to 55 lbs and a high-energy team mindset are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas and ensure seasonal sections are current.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling tasks.
• Support loss prevention and proper cash handling.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
