Job summary

Responsibilities include POS proficiency, handling price changes, and coordinating with the team on priorities. The role requires flexibility across shifts and a focus on maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior Retail or Management experience preferred.
• Ability to reconcile shift reports and understand their purpose.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet demands, with excellent follow through.
• Ability to identify issues and make the necessary corrections effectively.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate must be able to work any shift, Sunday – Saturday to support the company’s business needs.
• Experience with analyzing data

Responsibilities

• Perform Store Manager duties in their absence, including daily paperwork and approved orders.
• Create maintenance tickets and address scheduling issues.
• Process approved price changes and handle customer concerns.
• Demonstrate competent knowledge of Point of Sale and back-office systems.
• Assign and inspect shift duties and responsibilities.
• Understand labor laws as they apply to retail operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safety rules.
• Interact professionally with all team members.
• Not authorized to hire, fire, or promote employees but may be asked to make recommendations regarding employee performance and/or disciplinary issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
