Super Star Car Wash in Arizona is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Convenience Store Manager with car wash, detail, and Quick Lube related payments. You will ensure smooth cashier operations, assist with inventory, hire and train staff, and maintain a safe, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Management or Supervisory exp (1 Yr plus).
• Previous cashiering experience (1 Yr plus).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise employees in the absence of the Convenience Store Manager.
• Execute open and close duties and follow designated procedures.
• Assist the Store Manager with inventory control including the purchasing of goods sold.
• Conduct accurate inventory counts to produce desired Gross Profit % and Loss Control %.
• Employee hiring and scheduling and controlling labor costs.
• Train and develop cashiers to meet performance standards and provide coaching as needed.
• Sales & Service – maintain a positive attitude and effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
