Super Star Car Wash in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lube Assistant Manager to oversee the oil and lube department's operations, safety and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, train staff, manage scheduling and costs while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise operations of the oil and lube department.
• Work closely with General Manager and Site Operations Team.
• Execute departmental open and close duties and follow procedures.
• Maintain safety and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Hire, train and develop a team of Lube Technicians.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Manage scheduling and labor costs with seasonal considerations.
