Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of the Store Manager in their absence.
• Submit daily paperwork and approved orders.
• Create maintenance tickets and address scheduling issues.
• Resolve customer concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Understand labor laws as they apply to retail operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and follow safety rules.
• Interact professionally with all team members.
• May be asked to make recommendations on employee performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate knowledge of POS and back-office systems.
