The role requires at least 6 months in a supervisory or managerial capacity within retail, plus strong leadership, customer service, and computer skills. Expect a full-time schedule, on-site duties, and collaboration with vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Store Manager with store management and operations.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, payroll, inventory).
• Review and manage inventory procedures and invoicing.
• Order, stock, and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Coordinate with vendors; check-in and meet vendors.
• Participate in training and development of store staff.
• Enforce company policies, schedule staff, and manage payroll inputs.
• Perform cashier and attendant duties when needed.
• Maintain store facilities and safety practices.
