Qualifications

• Retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• On-the-job training provided for all new team members.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Assist Store Manager in planning and executing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage food preparation, storage, and waste to maintain cost efficiency.
• Enforce compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Help achieve sales targets and operational goals by analyzing performance and implementing improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Step in as acting Store Manager when needed.
