Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher in business or hospitality management is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 of experience in the food service industry, with at least 1 in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
• Operational Support: Help manage day-to-day store or restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Sales and Financial Management: Assist in managing the restaurant’s financial performance, including sales, costs, and budgets.
• Reporting and Administration: Prepare and maintain operational reports, including sales forecasts, labor costs, and inventory levels.
