Domino's Pizza in the Washington DC Metropolitan area is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, drive sales, manage costs, and maintain cleanliness.

You will supervise team members, assist with opening/closing, schedule labor, handle cash, and coach staff to deliver great customer experiences while adhering to brand standards and company policies.

• Train employees to meet sales, service, and quality objectives.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Assist in scheduling labor to meet activity and control costs.
• Identify labor or food cost opportunities and take corrective actions.
• Maintain a positive, productive work environment.
