Job summary

BFS Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations in collaboration with the General Manager. You will drive customer service, staff development, inventory control, and foodservice execution, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met.

The role requires leadership across scheduling, ordering, merchandising, and daily financial tasks, with opportunities for advancement and mixed shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in collaboration with General Manager.
• Provide top-quality, friendly customer service.
• Supervise employees and foster a positive store culture.
• Develop and adjust staff schedules to meet demand and adherence to labor guidelines.
• Assist in product ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
• Maintain sanitation standards and foodservice safety procedures.
• Support accounting tasks including invoicing and deposits.
• Ensure store signage, merchandising, and guest experience meet standards.
