You willensure program execution, product implementation, and efficient inventory control while maintaining foodservice safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, ordering and receiving products, and delivering top-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing store operations and leading teams.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to handle complaints.
• Knowledge of foodservice safety procedures and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service and uphold guest program compliance.
• Recruit, train, and coach store employees.
• Schedule and manage labor to maximize efficiency.
• Assist in ordering/receiving products and inventory control.
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and sanitation standards.
• Process invoices, cash handling, and banking procedures.
