Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff; foster positive culture.
• Develop and maintain store schedules to meet labor and sanitation standards.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory, and cost control processes.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing accuracy, and promotional activities.
• Perform routine inspections for sanitation and compliance with policies.
