Job summary

Responsibilities include stocking, cashiering, scheduling, training, safety meetings, planograms, inventory accuracy, and protecting assets while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and providing training.
• Manage merchandise reception, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and security procedures.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and deposits are correctly executed.
• Assist in store management in Store Manager's absence.
