Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays; implement planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Ensure financial integrity with cashier accountability, deposits, refunds, and cash control procedures.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
