Job summary

Walgreens in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a store team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, perform system start-ups, handle cash, and ensure floors and stock rooms are ready for the business day. You may also be responsible for opening the back door for deliveries.

You will engage customers and patients, resolve questions, process returns and refunds, and operate cash registers with accuracy.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and system start-ups.
• Ensure floor and stock room are ready for the business day and open back door for deliveries.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve questions, and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Manage pricing, displays, stock rotation, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
