You will support store operations, help the Store Manager with daily tasks, maintain inventory, assist with deliveries, and ensure the store remains clean and inviting for shoppers. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays and a strong commitment to customer care.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with merchandise selection.
• Answer questions, resolve inquiries and maintain store appearance.
• Communicate store policies and procedures to team members.

Responsibilities

• Guide store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers while encouraging add-on sales.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and manage inventory tasks.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support store managers with daily operations and opening/closing duties.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Follow company policies and preserve cash handling integrity.
• Ensure a positive image to customers and community.
• Complete required training and other duties as assigned.
