Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Build basket size through suggestive selling and promotion awareness.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and positive store image.
• Handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Support asset protection and opening/closing duties when needed.
• Complete all training timely and follow company policies.
