Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Lead to drive operational excellence in support of sales goals. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store, and assist the leadership team with inventory adjustments using the MIA device.

You will train and lead teammates, enforce policies, and ensure high standards of guest service while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding tasking goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including the shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Assist in training of new Task Associates and cross‑training other associates in tasking.
• Stand out as a leader with the ability to engage and influence peers to achieve peak productivity.
• Collaborate with managers and associates throughout the store to help grow the business.
