Job summary

Brobston Group LLC Showroom is seeking a Showroom Administrator to handle showroom administration in line with company procedures while delivering exceptional client service. You will support stock control, audit compliance, enquiries and order management to maintain an excellent customer experience.

Key duties include maintaining admin areas, processing enquiries and orders, managing stock and end-of-day paperwork, and ensuring quality housekeeping and smooth telephone communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom administration in line with company procedures
• Engage with clients and colleagues to deliver excellent client service
• Manage stock control, end-of-day paperwork and banking in accordance with audit and security procedures
• Process enquiries and orders efficiently and manage internal stock and repair systems
• Ensure quality housekeeping and set up of admin areas and answer or direct telephone enquiries
• Complete relevant e-learning and adhere to company standards
