Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team. You will drive profitability and efficiency by supporting inventory control, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.

The role requires constant movement on the retail floor and collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team. You will assist in shipments, replenishment, floor updates, and provide excellent guest service while enforcing safety standards and stockroom processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales/operational roles.
• Must be able to move around store constantly.
• Attention to inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Comfort with visual standards and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery and flow of products.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities.
