Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations, assist customers, stock and merchandise, and handle checkout duties. You will contribute to a welcoming shopping environment, process orders, and help maintain clean, organized floors and back areas.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required, with focus on teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction. Training on store systems and processes will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Basic computer skills for store operations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store mission and values.
• Execute daily store operations and priorities as directed by management.
• Greet customers and assist them in-store and online.
• Assist with signage, pricing changes, and in-store merchandising.
• Operate the POS to checkout customers and handle cash transactions.
• Support order fulfillment and store cleanliness.
