Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead back of house operations in a Tiffany store.
• Provide excellent client service and support sales goals.
• Be a key holder acting as manager on duty when unavailable, including coordinating orders and inventory.
• Support store operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collect customer data to build new and existing relationships.
