Job summary

Tiffany is recruiting an Operations Professional to deliver the Tiffany Experience, handling all back-of-house operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment in our Scottsdale store. You will provide exceptional client service, support store leadership on initiatives, and serve as a manager on duty when coverage is needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing repairs, and ensuring adherence to internal controls while driving sales

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of prior retail operations experience including merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead by performing all back of house operations in the Tiffany store.
• Provide excellent client service and partner with store leadership on key initiatives to support the team and drive sales.
• Act as manager on duty when a manager is unavailable, coordinating orders, inventory, and client service activities.
