Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Plano, TX is seeking an Operations Professional to be the heartbeat of back-of-house operations.

You will partner with client advisors and management to deliver exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and maintain accurate inventory while upholding the Tiffany Touch. In this role you will champion operational efficiency, handle daily tasks such as shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory reconciliation, and contribute to store sales and profitability

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills are required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to connect with clients.
Organized and detail oriented.
Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day‑to‑day needs.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment and inventory management.
Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
Be an excellent communicator and brand ambassador.
Drive store sales and profitability through operational excellence.
Champion operational efficiency through daily tasks like shipping, receiving and replenishment.
Supervise and reconcile inventory using reports and systems.
Respond quickly to product/service inquiries from clients and management.
