Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, guide associates, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, merchandising, payroll, scheduling, loss prevention, and maintaining clean, organized sales floor and stockroom. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities to support operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, stock, and merchandise from delivery to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and adhere to safety guidelines.
