Job summary

Tiffany & Co is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Coral Gables, Florida. In this role, you will lead back of house operations, deliver exceptional client service, and partner with store leadership to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating client service activities, and acting as a manager on duty when needed. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of retail operations experience and strong analytical skills. A college degree and knowledge of gemology are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform all back of house operations in a Tiffany store.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and manage inventory.
• Act as Guest Experience Manager in the absence of a manager.
• Deepen the relationship with clients to drive lifetime loyalty.
• Resolve client and employee concerns utilizing judgment.
