Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Utah to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensure adherence to policies and protect assets in a fast-paced store environment.

You will guide supervisors, oversee receiving operations and contribute to staffing, training and succession planning while partnering with district and regional teams for strong results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in large retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy adherence, asset protection, sales and records.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Direct the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional management teams.
