Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Ohio to lead store operations, coach a team of Cashiers and Supervisors, and drive performance with a focus on excellent service and professionalism.

You will manage daily operations, oversee receiving processes, and partner with the Store Manager to source, interview, train, and develop staff while maintaining strong customer service and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large multi-unit retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and ensure policy compliance, asset protection, sales and records.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth register flow.
